Willoughby Kitchen

Charlottesville, VA

The clients’ kitchen was original to the 1980s home, and desperately needed to be updated, aesthetically and functionally.

Further, the adjacent dining room was dark and uninviting due to small windows shaded by large trees. Lack of well organized storage added to the clients’ frustration.

Aaron & Co. performed a complete renovation of the spaces, adding a new bay window and new stylish light fixture to the dining room. Bamboo flooring was installed throughout the entire first floor. New cabinets included floor-to-ceiling glass-front display units facing the dining room, and an appliance garage.

Thoughtful additions included a pull-out spice rack, cookbook storage, tilt-out dog food bins, and a new island. The Alberene soapstone countertops with matching sink, and a funky tile backsplash were the perfect finishing touches.
